Paul H. Carson

Paul Hubert Carson of Varina, Virginia departed this life to be with the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2025, with his family at his bedside. He was born on August 14, 1931 in Ivanhoe, Virginia, the son of late Nina Brown and Calip Carson.

He was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Naomi Cooper, Peggy Miller, and Anges Stovall and 3 brothers Sam Carson, June Carson, and David King.

Paul leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters, Peggy King of Varina, Virginia, Autumn Hudson Ellis (Brian Ellis) of Richmond, VA, and Danelle Walker Bagley of Prince Edward County, VA. One sister, Hazel Holliday of Ivanhoe, VA, one brother, George King of New Canton, VA. A devoted son-in-law, Brian Ellis of Richmond, VA. Nine grandchildren, TaShira King, Justin Paul King (2002), Lynae’ Seward, Alexis Seward, JaLynn Seward, Summer Hudson, Noah Walker, Jackson Bagley, and Maddox Bagley. Two great grandchildren, Kaiden Davis and Tru’ Burnette and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, family and friends.
