Doretha Parker Obituary (1946 - 2016)

PARKER, Doretha W., of Richmond, departed this life July 17, 2016. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy P. Richardson (Gary); three brothers, Raymond Jr., Andy and Garrick Williams (LaTonya); five sisters, Dollie Arrington, Shannon Shelton (Milton), Celeste Jones (William), Doris Claiborne (Alonzo) and Eraminta Williams; one sister-in-law, Mable Tillet; uncle, Herbert Best; aunts, Betty Lou Black, Marjorie and Edna Williams; grandchildren, Tamara and Shonte King; five great- grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Funeral service will be held at Trinity Baptist Church, 2811 Fendall Ave., at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016. Dr. A Lincoln James, pastor, officiating. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
