Deacon Willie James Harrell Obituary (1937 - 2015)

Willie James Harrell of Richmond, departed this life April 1, 2015. He is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Lucy Harrell; one son, Kerry Harrell (Juanita); two daughters, Karliss and Lutricia Harrell; five godchildren, Corta Johnson, Peter Jordan, Jamar Jordan, Jamir Jordan and Nygil Johnson; six sisters-in-law, Berthel Plummer (Marmaduke), Vivian "Diane" Richardson (Alton), Ardelia "DeeDee" Johnson, Sheila Jordan, Princella Johnson and Melvine Johnson; one brother-in-law, Sherrel Johnson (Rosario); one sister, Cora Bohannon; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 5, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street. Funeral services, 1 p.m., Monday, April 6, at All Saints Apostolic Church, 2001 Royall Ave., Richmond, Va. 23224. Dr. Lona Rogers officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery.
